International shipping is not offered at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Without photo documentation, we may be unable to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
