Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days during our operating days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Standard Shipping method.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order number

Claims submitted without photographic proof or outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
