Return & Refund Policy

At Restless Natives, our mission is to offer thoughtfully curated gift items and dependable customer service at every step of your shopping experience. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All original parts, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for approval.

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label

For eligible returns that meet our return criteria, a return shipping label may be provided upon approval.

If a return is due to customer error or a change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

  3. Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet the eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order details

Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting photos may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
